Dr. Miller is a part-time clinical ethicist at the Centre with a special concentration on research ethics. He has worked for over 20 years as a clinical ethicist, 16 of those years in Saskatoon at St. Paul’s Hospital and the Saskatoon Health Region and across the province of Saskatchewan. While in Saskatchewan he covered the gamut of health care ethics (hospital, long term care, home care & nursing ethics, etc.). He has a PhD in Christian Ethics from the University of Notre Dame.
