Clinical Ethicist, Alberta Health Services
Jamie Robertson is a Clinical Ethicist. She has a background in practical ethics work stemming from her time developing and delivering public outreach and education initiatives relating to ethics and social justice as Administrator of the University of Sudbury’s Ethics Centre. She joined the Centre for Clinical Ethics from York University where she completed her doctorate in Philosophy as well as a concurrent diploma in Value Theory and Applied Ethics. As an intern for the Ontario Community Support Association, she has applied her theoretical research to the study of personal autonomy among people who access home and community support services
